The steel frame has been designed to be sat either on its own or on top of a rectangular ground floor pod. But there is no reason why this could not be bolted onto a steel frame/timber frame or traditional construction (brick and block) property.
The entire unit is roofed and subject to some cladding and being connected by a suitably qualified electrician and plumber, could be made ready for immediate use.
The unit comprises: -entrance hallway; landing; double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
